TopcaT is the San Francisco Bay Area’s premiere party band. Featuring dynamic singers and first call musicians, TopcaT delivers with sensitivity, taste and pizzazz. The song list spans seven decades of the best in popular music. Big band and swing, latin and funk, soul, rock and roll, disco, and Motown are all covered. The most requested artists include Gershwin, Porter, Santana, The Beatles, Van Morrison, Stevie Wonder, and Aretha Franklin.
TopcaT features male and female vocalist backed by saxophone, keyboards, guitar, bass and drums. This lineup combines the impact of a larger show band with the finesse of a more intimate group appropriate for swing dancing, background or cocktail music. When the guests are ready, TopcaT kicks into high-energy dance music.
